Due to the handmade nature of our products, sometimes a toy ends up with some unexpected flaws or defects, any toy that is deemed safe to use and not structurally flawed but still doesn't meet our quality standards is marked as a flop and given an appropriate discount and a description on the nature of the flop, this could be an opportunity to give a less than perfect toy a home where it would be loved as any other.
