Refund policy

We understand that purchasing a sex toy is a personal decision, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To be eligible for a return, the toy must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns on used or damaged items due to hygiene reasons.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
