Combined orders 

We know international shipping can be quite pricey, we do our best to have the most accommodating couriers, but in the end the cost of shipping is out of our hands, still we have a flat rate shipping policy in which we absorb part of the cost to make for a more seamless experience, this flat rate will be applied to your whole order regardless of how many items are in it. 

Discreet shipping 

We know sometimes living accommodations are not ideal to receive intimate products, that's why all of our products are shipped in unbranded rectangular white or brown boxes with no written reference to the name of the company or the nature of items within.

Inventory toys

Typically, in stock items for domestic shipping within Mexico are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.

International orders to the USA usually take within 1-3 business weeks for our courier to process and ship, and once shipped are delivered within 3-5 business days.

International orders to Canada usually take within 1-2 business weeks for our courier to process and ship, and once shipped are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Made to order toys 

Custom-made toys are made to order based on the customer's specifications, which means they require additional processing time to allow for production, and quality checks. Customers can expect to wait an extra 2–4 weeks on top of the shipping and handling time for their country, depending on the complexity of the pour.
